Dental Availment Procedure

1. The member should proceed to accredited dentist during clinic hours with appointment if necessary.

2. The member presents valid Med Asia Phils. membership card prior to consultation.

3. The accredited dentist will carry out initial consultation and make necessary recommendation for treatment.

4. The accredited dentist must call Med Asia Phils. to secure Billing Code prior to ac. tual dental treatment.

NO BILLING CODE: NO CLAIMS PROCESSING

5. Member receives prescribe dental treatment.
